B&W Inns LLC, with offices at 1302 E Ojai Ave, Ojai, CA 93023 (“Sponsor”) will award one (1) prize of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) Amazon gift card to one (1) randomly-selected qualified entrant. Total prize value: $200. Total value of all prizes awarded: $200. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter. To enter, you must complete and submit the Survey through the online form located at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/OjaiHotels2024. Survey response must be submitted on or after 07/29/2024 and on or before 8/31/2024 to be eligible for the drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Eligibility. This drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of 07/29/2024, except for employees of Sponsor and its corporate affiliates and subsidiaries (the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. If applicable, you must be permitted to receive the prize under your company’s gifts policy. Void where prohibited.

Drawing. A random drawing will be conducted on or about 9/15/2024 by Sponsor to select the drawing winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seven (7) days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this drawing, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this drawing, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this drawing or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this drawing in a manner deemed appropriate by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.

Choice of Law and Forum. Each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this drawing, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall exclusively take place in a federal or state court within Ventura County, California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this drawing, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) all matters arising out of or relating to this drawing and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.
